Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Abdullah Al-Mushayqih is considered one of the most important and prominent cultural, social, academic and economic figures in Saudi Arabia. Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Abdullah Al-Mushayqih is considered one of the most important founding figures and contributors to the emergence
and establishment of the institutional Saudi cultural and literary movement. He was one of the first names to found and actively participate in the Literary Club in the Qassim region, and he has an important and notable activity in this regard. Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Abdullah Al-Mushayqih also has many initiatives. Participation in various conferences, forums, cultural, literary and intellectual activities. In addition to this, he is a skilled researcher and author who has enriched the Arab library with several important and distinguished publications.
As part of his tireless effort to support the literary and cultural movement, he actively contributed to supporting and establishing a number of libraries for the benefit of many specialists and interested parties.
As a culmination of this pioneering cultural journey, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Abdullah Al-Mushayqih launched his cultural salon, “Al-Mushayqih Quarter,” to be one of the most important edifices and cultural strongholds in Saudi Arabia.
For all of this, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Abdullah Al-Mushayqih’s literary initiative was to support and encourage the literary movement. Supporting the Arab literary scene and encouraging Arab writers and non-Arab speakers to continue creativity and giving.
